The English word, “evangelism,” comes from the Greek word euaggelion. Most literally translated in the noun form, euaggelion means: “gospel” or “good news.” In the verb form (euaggelizesthai), the meaning of the word changes slightly to “announce” or “bring good news.”
We have a variety of great forms of Evangelism going on right now at South Lexington.
They include the following… Awana Club; Outreach Visitation (see calendar); Prayer Ministry; Public Relations; Vacation Bible School (VBS); Bereavement Ministry; Visitation/Baskets Ministry; Card Ministry.
